The Quincy: A Statement Staircase
The staircase in the Quincy Plan was designed to feel architectural from every angle. White oak treads bring warmth and softness to the space, while the floating design keeps the entry feeling open and visually light. Integrated stair lighting adds both function and atmosphere, subtly illuminating each step and highlighting the clean lines of the staircase itself.

A full wall of windows stretches alongside the stair run, bringing in natural light and emphasizing the height of the space. The black railing creates contrast against the lighter finishes, giving definition to the staircase without overwhelming the openness of the foyer. Every detail works together to make the staircase feel intentional rather than purely functional.

Anchoring the space above, the oversized light fixture draws the eye upward and adds a sense of scale to the entry. Combined with the arched hallway openings and expansive windows, the staircase becomes more than a transition point within the home—it sets the tone for the design language carried throughout the Quincy plan.
