This is a unique area that sets itself apart from the traditional bonus room, making it a true flex room.

One of the key elements that contribute to the distinctiveness of the Flex Room Space is the addition of Restoration Hardware bunk beds. These charming bunk beds not only provide functional sleeping quarters but also infuse the room with a sense of whimsy and playfulness. Perfect for families with children or for hosting overnight guests, these bunk beds become the centerpiece of this unique flex room.

While the bunk beds add an element of fun, we recognize that the Flex Room Space should also accommodate casual gatherings and social activities. That’s why we ensured that the room was spacious enough to include a full sectional sofa.
