The Lighting Story at 312 Plantation Place

When we designed 312 Plantation Place, we knew that lighting would play a starring role in shaping the home’s personality. Rather than letting fixtures blend quietly into the background, we leaned boldly into gold hues and dramatic designs to create a sense of sophistication and warmth throughout every room.

From the moment you step inside, statement lighting sets the tone. In the entryway, a sculptural chandelier greets guests with a warm golden glow from the sconces, instantly introducing the home’s elevated style.

In the kitchen, classic pendant lights command attention above the island. Their gleaming finish plays beautifully against the surrounding materials, catching light at every angle and elevating the heart of the home into a true gathering space.

The dining room, on the other hand, features a show-stopping fixture that blends drama and elegance its bold scale anchoring the room and making every meal feel like an occasion.

Lighting in the bedroom was carefully chosen to support the vaulted ceiling, making a grand and elegant statement in the space. While in the bathroom, we wanted to tie into the white fixtures, but with more organic textures.

Upstairs, even secondary spaces feature thoughtfully chosen fixtures that complement the architecture. Gold accents tie everything together, adding warmth, depth, and a timeless touch that feels luxurious without being overwhelming.
